You'll have direct beach access, a shared pool and sauna, and even a tennis court available during your stay. Prepare a delicious meal in the full kitchen then take your creations out to the private balcony to enjoy them in the salty sea air. The free WiFi will make it easy to post your best selfies to your social media.

Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Buildings 1 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead/ balconies/ walkway spot repairs estimated time of completion should be Dec. 1, 2025. Jackhammering should be completed by May 1st.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Corner View of the Gulf

This place was perfect, a short walk to the beach, chair service available (for extra) but beats me lugging my stuff!! My favorite is the corner view and wrap balcony!

Nice condo with Beautiful view

If you are looking for an excellent view this is the place to stay. The Condo wasn’t dirty but could use a very deep cleaning. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped to cook family meals in. The air conditioning works perfectly and the shower has the best water pressure ever. The condo could use some updating as it needs some walls painted and the furniture updated. The only thing we found that was a big negative is there is mold growing on the bathroom ceiling.

A great little place. pros/cons…

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! PROS: -Great location of the unit -Amazing wraparound view! -Short walk to the beach -Starter cleaning pack very handy -Bed in the Master is super comfy -Water pressure is great (be gentle with the kitchen faucet) -Air conditioner works well (front bedroom a bit warm, tho) -Family friendly atmosphere -security guards shut down some rowdy teens, playing inappropriate music. -Zero sand on the floor when we arrived!!! CONS: -Moisture problems on the ceiling of both bathroom showers -Zero extra blankets - front room with the twin beds gets very warm so we had to turn the air down, freezing everyone else out. You may want to bring a fan. -Need more towels or a faster clothes dryer - especially with 5 women and their hair. -Chair rental guy was not nearly attentive or accommodating enough -even after we rented 5 chairs and 3 umbrellas for our entire stay and tipped him incredibly generously. -No beach towels provided -this may be the norm, but I’m new at this. All in all, this place is a gem. Though there are a few things on my cons list. I would absolutely book this condo again.

Great access to beach

This condo was right on the water. The second floor was easy to get to and didn’t have to wait on the elevator! It was slightly outdated, but still clean and perfect for my family.

It toknover an hour for the door to be unlock. Theee code resets, 1 hour and an employee from Vasa later we were inside. We waited in the cold, rainy weather. I will never stay at a condo that Vacasa offers again.

Very disappointed

We have stayed here for the past three years and have known that it wasn’t the most modern of condos but we were ok with that. This time not so happy. The floor was a mess! Just walking on the floors turned our feet black. I know after being there awhile the floor gets dirty but we just checked in. In one of the bedrooms there was pizza boxes under the bed. Then the worse part is the construction we were not told about. For three days workers were drilling on concrete, the noise was terrible! It would be different if we had known before booking that this would be going on but no one said anything! Again, i am very disappointed!

nice condo

We stayed a week in this unit. The location on the second floor is very nice and the unit was clean with no major issues, other than the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The furnishings and decor are dated but are otherwise functional. We would stay there again.

Great view

Loved the location and loved the condo but there was some issues, One the railing on the back deck was missing a rail and felt very unsafe for our kids Second the beds where so wore out there had indentation where someone has sleep in spot for a long time Third the shower heads will spray everywhere but you in the shower! Other then that I love the stay and wouldn’t mind comeing back and staying again!
