This condo is spacious and open, offering central air conditioning, large windows, and a floor plan that brings together the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room. There's a screened-in porch where you can begin each morning as well as a large flatscreen TV in the living room to help you cap each evening.

The condo complex is rich with amenities, including two outdoor hot tubs, two outdoor pools, an exercise room, and free shuttle service to the 5,000-square-foot, open-air, gulf-front beach club with a restaurant, a pool, beach service, and beach access. There's also a lighted tennis court, a barbecue area, and an 18-hole golf course with a pro shop and a driving range. This home is also less than 12 miles from Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels!

If you plan to golf, the course is a par-71, signature-designed, championship course featuring Sea Dwarf paspalum grass from the tee through the green for optimum quality playing surfaces and green speeds. Each hole includes five sets of tees and offers players of all skill levels a unique visual and strategic experience. The course, redesigned by the Arnold Palmer Design Group in 2006, was the first course in the state of Florida to be certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary.

Spacious rundown elegance

The grounds of this complex inside Lost Key golf course are beautiful, the pool is great, the golf course is challenging and in terrific shape. The unit has clearly always been a rental and lacks the touches of a place someone once called home. But the beds are comfy, there are plenty of towels and tvs, and the location is great for golf.

A pleasant weeks stay!

Views from all the windows, except one which overlooked the stairs and garbage chute, were beautiful. The unit was bright and inviting. The carpet in the living room was badly stained and should be replaced and three of the 6 chairs were in bad shape. I sat in one and ended up on the concrete floor on my hip. Just a little sore but it could have been worse. We all loved the screened in balcony and although it was hot and humid the fans helped the area to be a place we spent a lot of our "home" time in. One problem we did have when we first arrived was that we couldn't get information on calling for the shuttle to the beach. I called vacasa and the lady I spoke with didn't know. She said she would check but didn't hear back from her. Fortunately, a guest we met in the elevator gave us the number and we had no further issues. We were very satisfied with 206 San Anton on the whole and plan to return in the future.

Vacasa is the worst property mgmt company

The NIGHT before our arrival, vacasa calls to tell me that the large pool pictured in the listings would not be open but they would be happy to refund my money. The night before my trip, with 4 kids, and you offer me a refund? I asked for something other than a full refund or nothing, i was told and i quote "i just needed you to ask that, i will pass that note on and someone will call you back to offer compensation". No one ever called back. I continued to call and text throughout my stay, never to receive a call back. Turns out the pool wasn't closed but a measure to control the crowds. I found this out from the locals. I finally speak with a human from vacasa who tries to tell me the call was a mistake and that "technically, that pool wasn't even meant for my building". The fact that this pool is the second picture in the advertising for the unit meant nothing to her comment. Crystal then proceeds to offer my 25$ off the daily rate for the 3.5 days i didn't have access to the pool. That wasn't sufficient so Crystal proceeds to tell me she will have her boss call me. That was well over a week ago. In addition to this fiasco, we asked for a broom or something to sweep up the sand we would drag in. We asked on monday, it was delivered the thursday, the day before we checked out. The unit was just ok. It really lacked some basics and the as long as you didn't want to sit on the couch or on the patio. The couch springs hit you right where the sun dont shine and the patio furniture was broken but yet strategically placed so you couldn't tell unless you wanted to sit down. At which point you'd be lucky not to fall over from the broken chairs. Perdido is beautiful but Vacasa left a major blemish on this families vacation. I will never book another property through vacasa again.

Everything was really nice. Housekeeping could use some improvement. One of the kitchen cabinets was full of crumbled cereal. I personally clean properties for a living so I check everything when I stay somewhere.

Great place except for the lack of a key/key fob to get into our pool. No shuttle service to get to the beach or beach club that was only open Thursday-Sunday. We have stayed in Lost Key several times, worrisome stuff.
