Facing south-west, it is arranged as follows:
- Floor 1: 2 double bedrooms (beds 180x200cm and 160x200cm), one bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine - cot - extra bed, 2 shower rooms, a large living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, separate wc.
- Floor 2: 1 master bedroom (160x200cm bed) with en-suite shower room, a study area overlooking the lake and an extra bed.
The villa also has WIFI fibre access, TV and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.

🌿 THE TERRACE & SWIMMING POOL: enjoy sunny lunches with plancha on this large, entirely private outdoor space. Cool off in the pool (unheated) and enjoy sweet moments of conviviality.

⭐ PREMIUM SERVICES: Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, professional ecological housekeeping and options on request (private chef, massages, bike hire, boat hire etc.) for a turnkey stay.
Linen is washed using environmentally-friendly and hypoallergenic products. Sheets not provided for cots and extra beds.

☕️ CONSUMABLES: we provide everything you need for your arrival (salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper, coffee, environmentally-friendly household products, etc). We leave it up to you to supplement as required during your stay.
