Discover a small 49 mÂČ house at number 178 on the heights (465 m) of the hamlet "Les Maires d'Avaux" in Saint-Bresson, offering a beautiful view, a quiet setting, and ideally located 11 km from Luxeuil-les-Bains (spa town). It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom/WC, a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a pellet stove.
A large bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a second walk-through bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed. You'll enjoy an unfenced lawned garden with a terrace, a shelter with a 220V power outlet for your electric bikes (EAB), and a docking station.
Dogs welcome on request, small dogs only.

Bed linens and towels provided, and beds made upon arrival.
Pellet or electric heating - Free pellets, limited to one bag every 48 hours. Electricity charges: based on meter reading, based on consumption, for amounts over 10 kWh included per night (âŹ0.21 per additional kWh). An additional 15 kg bag of pellets: âŹ7 (payable at the end of your stay).
