A charming retreat nestled in the heart of the Crozon Peninsula. Welcome to Montourgard, located just 5 minutes from Morgat, on the road to Cap de la Chèvre, within the Armorique Regional Natural Park. This idyllic setting combines authenticity, comfort, and serenity.
Nestled in a peaceful and preserved environment, this fully renovated traditional Breton stone house is a true haven of peace. The hamlet, accessible only via a cul-de-sac reserved exclusively for residents, ensures absolute tranquility, free from significant traffic. At the end of the cul-de-sac, a path provides direct access to the coastal trail, offering privileged entry to the stunning landscapes of the Crozon Peninsula.
Upon entering the house, you will be welcomed into a spacious and cozy living area where authenticity meets modern comfort. The living room features a three-seater sofa, a club chair, and a pellet stove. The Breton-inspired décor, blending nautical touches with contemporary elements, creates a soothing atmosphere. The dining area, with its large wooden table, invites you to share convivial meals with family or friends. A Smart TV and a Zeppelin Bowers & Wilkins speaker are also provided for your enjoyment.
The recently renovated kitchen is a bright and fully equipped space. With an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, you have everything you need to prepare delicious Breton meals. Its direct access to the garden and veranda makes outdoor dining effortless.
The upper floor is accessible via a charming spiral staircase that leads to a landing with a large closet and serves two bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a double bed (160x200) and offers optimal comfort, practical storage, and marine-inspired décor. Soft lighting and natural tones create a calming atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.
The second bedroom is ideal for two children or guests, with two single beds (90x200). Books, comics, and fun decorative elements enrich the space, making it as enjoyable for younger guests as it is for adults.
The house includes a bathroom on the ground floor, equipped with a spacious shower, a vanity unit, a washing machine, and a towel warmer.
The bright veranda, accessible directly from the living room and kitchen, extends the living space outdoors. This inviting area, furnished with a large table and comfortable chairs, is perfect for sunny breakfasts or quiet evening gatherings.
