Discover this bright, fully renovated house, combining modern comforts with a peaceful setting and a spacious garden. Located in a vibrant village of 1,500 residents, you benefit from proximity to essential shops and services. Just twenty kilometers from Orléans and Meung-sur-Loire, this location is perfect for a family vacation or business trip.

The house is an excellent starting point for exploring the Beauce region, strolling along the banks of the Loire, or visiting the region's many châteaux and gardens. Furthermore, the famous Beauval Zoo is within easy reach, offering an ideal getaway for the whole family. The single-story cottage (there are only a few steps to access the entrance) includes a large living room with a lounge and open kitchen, two bedrooms each with two 90x200 cm single beds and a private bathroom, and a separate toilet.

A table is available for dining on the terrace (with a barbecue and parasol), and a lounge area is set up in the garden for aperitifs.

Two private parking spaces are available (one in the garage and one in front of the accommodation).

All-inclusive rates: sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, towels provided, heating included, and an end-of-stay cleaning fee.

Pets are welcome with a supplement of €30/per pet/per stay.
