Sea Colony offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, a trolley, and lots of fun activities. This single-level condo offers direct access to the pools and beach areas of Sea Colony from the sliding door entrance and exit. The primary bathroom offers a large, tiled walk-in shower and the kitchen has updated appliances and a lot of cabinet space, plus quality furnishings.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
