Street parking is free on Western Ave. on weekends, holidays, and after hours (8pm-6am). We can reimburse you for 1 car's parking fee if you choose to use the underground garage (with EV chargers) of Trader Joe's, which is within a short walk.

Perfect loft for a weekend in Boston

Had a group of friends racing at Head of the Charles and this loft was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the river, food, coffee, and grocery stores. The host was communicative, very friendly, and the listing was accurate. Clean for the most part, quite, and we enjoyed our stay.

Cute, intimate property

This is a cute property and owners are very conscientious about the traveler experience. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The owner was great with the communication and the check in / out process was super easy. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. About a mile from Harvard Square, so easy access to restaurants, shopping, and train stations. Parking is a little tricky because there is only street parking. If walking and time isn't an issue, buses and trains are a better option for this location.

Convenient location, responsive host

It's a compact apartment with all the needed equipment. Having a washer/dryer on site was really useful. The host was very responsive to our questions, which made the stay comfortable. Also definitely try the afghan restaurant that the host recommends -- fabulous. One thing to note: It turned out not to be as close to BU/Berklee as we'd assumed from the listing, but no problem getting and hopping on a Lyft to get to the colleges fast/easily.

Nice spot

Nice little rental in a nice area. Right next to a park. We ate at a nearby Afghan restaurant and enjoyed it. Thanks for having us.

Trip review

Overall my stay here was good except there were a few things such as the remote batteries did not work and the microwave also had issues with working correctly. Since it's a loft and there's another unit in the building the walls are pretty thin. There was a night when the neighbor downstairs had a party and they were super loud which was really annoying. Despite all this the location was excellent and I enjoyed my stay!
