Take a dip in the community pool after a game of tennis just steps away from your door or go fishing from the private pier. Home features Gig-Speed internet with WiFi access, large screen Roku tv's in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen and in house laundry. Great shopping and the best restaurants on the Island or nearby in Jensen Beach. You can walk to the beach, and walk to town. Bring the whole family, there are 2 rooms with king size beds, and a pullout in the family room. If your traveling with little ones there is a high chair and a pack & play. Need more room?

We had a great stay at Island time. Close to all the places we like to frequent: Jensen Beach, Stuart beach and downtown, bathtub reef, Fort Pierce and Jupiter. Home was cozy, beds comfortable, neighborhood was quiet and everyone was pleased with the kitchen stocking of equipment, towels for beach/pool and having a private bathroom attached to each bedroom.

Beautiful little get away!

A lot of essentials you normally wouldn’t find it or rental… Great location, less than five minute drive from the beach, Really enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with the fans going. Extremely clean!

Very comfortable house

Nice, quiet location, convenient to beaches and restaurants. Floors in the house need some repairs and we couldn't find the hot tub mentioned in the description.

Location and comfort

We enjoyed our comfortable stay in this great location. The furnishings allowed us to dine and relax indoors and on the lanai. Comfortable bed, quality linens and refreshing decor. Host was responsive to our question. We hope to return!

Beautiful property

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very cozy and well equipped. Spotless & clean! You can start your day with an early morning run to the beach and on your way back, give it a little detour via the bridge. Overall a perfect stay 👍👍👍

Wonderful vacation in a perfect location.

The house had everything we where looking for: eating outside in the screened room, Adirondack chairs with a view of the river for relaxing, very clean all around and well furnished kitchen. We love the quiet neighborhood and the warm pool. We can see attention to detail in decorating the rooms. Thank you again for everything, we really hope to return!

Fantastic Stay

Can't say enough about how beautiful this house is. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is fully (and I mean fully) stocked. The linens and towels were all included-- even beach towels. There were beach chairs and umbrellas too! Hope to be back next year!!

The accommodations and location were perfect

The accommodations and location were perfect for our family of 4. The dock and pool was a very short walk. There is even a small beach within a short walk and Jenson Beach is only 3 minutes away by car. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with. They had beach toys, beach chairs and an umbrella available. We ate breakfast there every morning but ate out for lunch and dinner. We visited downtown Jenson Beach and Stuart.

Best stay yet!

I have been going to Jenson Beach for 15 years+. This was hands down my best Vrbo yet. I have stayed in numerous areas throughout the years, but this definitely was 5 star. Why? The host was great. Checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and extremely friendly. It is close to everything and the location is wonderful. Yes, I highly recommend this Vrbo!

Great Christmas Vacation in Beach House

we stayed for the Christmas holidays and year end for 5 weeks in this great beach house. Check in was very easy and we felt home right away. We had a great time and enjoyed every day. The house is very convenient and nicely furnished as a beach house with and individual touch. The hosts Bridget and Jon were always very welcoming and responsive and supportive and the house was even decorated for our arrival with for Christmas. We always felt very welcome and enjoyed the great neighbourhood very close to the beach. We will for sure try to come back for our next Jensen Beach visit.

Great beach house!

This vacation house was a gem. The location can’t be beat. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. Beds are comfy, linens good and plentiful. House was clean and nicely decorated. New beach chairs and anything else you need for the beach provided. Screened in patio a plus. The owners are available for any questions and their response time can’t be beat. I found them warm and welcoming. Would definitely book again!!!

Exceptional!! A real gem!

Bridget and Jon went out of their way to welcome our family for the holidays. We could immediately tell how much care they had taken in their wonderful home. From the furniture to the decor everything was A++. They were responsive and wonderful communicators. I would highly recommend staying with them and hope to come back in the future. Truly an amazing experience!

Wonderful Indian River Point!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This beautifully appointed 2/2 cottage has plenty of space. In addition to the dining table for 6, breakfast bar for 3, there is a screened porch that seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen was a delight! Morning walks on the beach (less than a mile down the road) and evening on the dock enjoying the marine life and spectacular sunsets! Jon and Brigett are terrific hosts who addressed any questions we had and we look forward to seeing them again soon! Derrianne

We Will Be Back

Such a great location! Beach is 3 minutes away, intracoastal access across the street for anyone who like to explore/fish the lagoon. Plenty of food choices nearby. One of the best things about the property is that the owners have taken the time to include everything you need to have an amazing stay. There was a beach wagon, sun tent, and chairs to use! I'm glad I looked, as I was going to buy a new umbrella for the beach! My family lives nearby and we come down every year to visit, and we store our beach things there. This will definitely be our home way from home from now on.

Island Time for Christmas

We throughly enjoyed the “Island time” vacation rental! From check in with keyless entry (as we got in very late) to all the Florida style Christmas lights that welcomed us, it was amazing! Very well stocked and everything was self explanatory (& directions to help too!). Nice location with easy access to both Stuart beach and Jensen beach. A must stay on your list!

Indian River Point is a small quiet community of Key West style homes in a amazing tropical landscape that jets out into the intercoastal. From the top of the Causeway Bridge you can get a birds eye view of this very special community. The first time I saw it I turned to my husband and said "wouldn't it be amazing to have a house there?" Now we have 2 side by side houses for you to enjoy with those you love most.And location is everything, not only is this neighborhood in a unique spot, it's also walkable to the beach and to town.

Our homes are unique because we have 2 next door to each other. And although the community was built in the late 70's, we have updated the homes with modern technology and comforts, to give you access to everything you want and need, while experiencing a calm laid back retreat, with serene views, wildlife, tropical fauna, and the spectacular intercoastal river.
