The Meadow House is your haven for rejuvenation. Awaken in a cozy queen bed, ready for a day exploring local gems. Wander scenic trails, visit rivers, or explore nearby towns like New Braunfels, San Marcos, or Seguin. For city vibes, reach Austin or San Antonio in 45 minutes. Create a meal in our outdoor kitchen with local ingredients, then return to your 216 sq ft tiny house with modern amenities.
The mini kitchenette includes a fridge, sink, coffee maker, and microwave. Outside, relax on your private patio or explore our common area. Dive into the new pool, stargaze from the hot tub, and enjoy games like Corn Hole. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen features a gas grill, 2 charcoal grills, and more.
Keep in mind that this location is nestled in a rural setting where wildlife coexists. Be aware of the presence of fire ants, bees, scorpions, snakes, coyotes, hogs, and more that share this land with us. These are creatures you might encounter or hear outdoors, not inside. On occasion a hornet, ant, scorpion, grasshopper, etc. may make their way into the house. No refund will be given.
Whether seeking modern luxuries or a country escape, this retreat awaits. The new quiet icy cold A/C unit will save you on these hot days yet to come. Ask about our grilling experiences for culinary adventures. Your best memories await here!

My husband, Scott, our 12-year-old son, and I live on property of our tiny house. We have built all our building ourselves. We love to travel and meet new people. Our true passion of traveling is visiting National Parks. We love to camp and enjoy being outside in nature. I believe everyone has a story to tell and to write. After all, life is a journey to be explored. Our story is always being added to which is why hosting is a good fit for us. This is our home; our story and we would love to have you join us as we continue writing our life story.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
It's the perfect location for us. We are close enough to Seguin, San Marcos, and New Braunfels but yet we get to enjoy life in the country.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The sunrises and the sunsets are stunning out here in the country. Plus, we have a pool.
