The pictures for this property don’t reflect the condition of the home. The lower level was dirty with spider webs and dust and the bathroom had mold around the shower. The host was gracious enough to give us a requested refund but the house is not one I’d ever stay in again.

Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness and the condition of our home seriously. After reviewing the concerns raised, we addressed the reported cleaning issues and inspected the bathroom. We did not find any mold issues during our inspection. We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable home for our guests and appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.

MN Yacht Fest Stay

The house was clean and comfortable for our group of four. The kitchen was well-supplied and there was plenty of seating. It was a great location for getting to downtown St. Paul, Stillwater, and other places in the MSP area.

Just what we needed

Between the location (just off I35E/694 and near all things Maplewood) and space, this house was just what we needed. More spacious than it seems from the outside, we were pleasantly surprised. With 6 of us, we did not feel cramped at all. Well stocked kitchen and bath and washer/dryer were very useful. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable & Convenient

The property was ideally situated for me and my three brothers for a family gathering in July. We could easily access most places in the Twin Cities very quickly from this location. The house was clean and comfortable for me and my brothers' needs. The fact that there were two full baths was great. While we did not cook using the kitchen the fact that the owner provided some basic staples in the way of seasonings was a nice touch. We had ample space to park our two vehicles and the site was convenient to grocery or liquor stores as well as restaurants.

Not as advertised

Pictures on VRBO were extremely misleading from what the property actually was. The house has a distinct cat smell, but did not look like anyone lived there. We had to buy multiple everyday items for the house. Staining and uncleanliness on walls and ceilings in bathrooms and living areas.
