Country Comfy Right In Town New Remodel King/Queen
This is the upstairs of a newly renovated house on 3 acres of yard and woods. Nature trail, creek and waterfall with lots of deer. Itâs cozy, comfy and convenient. Five minute drive to downtown Charleston and interstates 77, 79 & 64. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great country porch and rear deck overlooking the property. New bedding and two 50â smart TVs keep you connected while kicking back in total comfort by the fire. The small apartment below has its own private, quiet entrance.
The space
Beautiful front porch as well as a private deck overlooking the three acre property and woods! Spacious rooms with brand spanking new stuff!! Work, play or visiting to relax. You are gonna love your time here.

You have ârun of the property â access. Enjoy the comforts of home, the field and the woods. If you like nature and wide open space, this is a really good choice.
Other things to note
There is a small basement apartment that is rented sometimes. It is completely private and quiet with its own separate entrance. Your âCountry Comfy" unit is the main house. You are gonna love it!
