Lovely view. However there was no mention in the booking that this was a third floor walk up with no elevator. My husband walks with a cane and was unable to help me with our heavy suitcases which I had to drag up the stairs. And I have a pacemaker!! Plus once we finally figured out the lockbox we discovered there was no air conditioning!! And it was very humid. We did open all the windows and used the one ceiling fan but it wasn’t all that helpful especially at night. Therefore I would not recommend this lodging for older folks.

We do disclose both that there are stairs but no elevator and no A/C in our listing’s amenities, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The location is amazing!! Layout is a bit weird and dates, and a little tight for 3 people, as it's advertised, but the overall experience was great. Property grounds are beautiful, pool is amazing, and the view was stunning!

Great place for our first time in Hawaii- quaint and cozy. Awesome location- walked across the street to watch the sunsets. Only a few minutes to drive to Poipu Beach for great snorkeling. And Shipwreck Beach to catch a sunrise.Airflow was nice in the evenings to cool it down.Everything went smooth regarding checking in.

The room was perfect. It had everything thingi needed . I had one electrical issue and the problem was addressed right away with communication the hole time. I will definitely be using this property again.

Nice view, walk across the street to beach. Short drive to old Koloa town and Poipu Beach with shopping and restaurants nearby. No AC but not really needed as unit is well ventilated. Unit is very clean and nicely decorated.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. We liked that we were able to get a breeze through as there were windows are opposite sides. We could see both beach and mountains from our patio. Comfortable and clean!

Everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils. Comfortable beds. Great view of ocean. Ceiling fan and other fan kept us cool. Across street to great beach, sunset views.Close to activities. Loved the heritage trail hike! Stunning views.

Nice place. Could use a small AC. I asked for a fan and got one mid stay which helped us be more comfy. Overall good location but dated and warm inside. Nice view and good to have the kitchen!

Perfect stay near the beach

Super great spot. Really loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony. Right across the street from incredible snorkeling and iconic surf break. Perfect for me and my partner's trip.

It was on the third floor and a pleasant breeze blew through the rooms. No need for A/C. It was close to beaches, shopping, and eating options. It has all necessary living amenities (no dishwasher, but for only two people, none was needed).
