Lake house stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented the pontoon boat and thrilled we did. Enjoyed swimming in the sand bar, restaurant on the lake, sunset cruises and hanging by their dock.

This is a beautiful lake side home with wonderful views from a well furnished home. The layout provided plenty of room for the varied activities people wanted to enjoy. The roomy hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the utensils and equipment we needed. In addition, the lake was warm and the fishing was great fun.Rex was very responsive to our questions and followed up to ensure we had all that was needed and available. He is very personable and honoring that our stay was everything it could be. I recommend this home and host as both were wonderful for our week long family gathering.

Relaxing family stay

We really enjoyed this home on Lake Nepessing. We were able to spread out on various levels and decks but yet come together as a family to eat and share time together. Everything we needed or wanted was in the house and available. Thank you! Great visit in a cozy environment.

Family reunion 2025

My family - party of 8 - had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, well equipped lake home! This house has everything you need in a home away from home! It is so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck and the hot tub. Rex was available to answer any questions during our stay. We will definitely be back next year for our family reunion in Lapeer.

The BEST lake house getaway

What an incredible place on Lake Nepessing! This house is absolutely beautiful with the best views. Bass fishing is off the charts, Lapeer Country Club is across the lake, the Lake Inn bar and grill is straight across the lake with boat docking for lunch or dinner or just drinks. We loved our stay here and Rex made it very easy to get in and enjoy our stay with no worries at all. We will be back next summer for sure!

Annual getaway

This house is on a sweet lake in a cute little town. The neighbors were nice, people were very nice when we were out and about. The house is beautiful and I love that they made the upstairs the living area since you get to see the water. We had a few hiccups as goes with life, but Rex was fantastic to work with and we were able to resolve things to keep everyone happy… We will definitely be back!

It doesn't get any better then this.

We enjoyed our week at the lake house and look forward to our next visit. Rex was terrific and very accommodating, he was quick to answer any of our questions, just a phone call away. The hot tub was enjoyed by all of the family, the house is so beautiful and breathtaking views. We had our boat and the dock was very accessible. The fishing was good, the bass and pike and off the dock you can catch a mess of bluegills. My favorite parts of the house were the tree beams in the main house, the master suite is like separate quarters, very private and cozy, and the outside decks. We thank Rex and his wife for allowing us to stay in there home and appreciated the extra covid cleaning. We will no doubt visit again.
