Detta 2500 kvadratmeter lyxiga hem ligger några steg från skidbackarna. Skid ut bakdörren eller var varm inuti med utsikt över Lois Lane skidlöpning. Vinter är inte den enda säsongen att besöka detta hem, det är mycket att göra på Boyne Highlands och omgivningarna alla fyra årstider!

Med många nya tillägg kommer detta hem inte att göra dig besviken! Huvudplanet vardagsrummet är uppsett underbart för underhållande med en stor grupp. Sofforna ligger runt den vackra gaspeisen och stora välvda taket medan köket och matplatsen intill det, så alla kan kommunicera medan de är inblandade i olika områden. Huvudvåningen sovrummet ger utsikt över bakgården, skog och skidbackar och har ett rymligt badrum med en stor promenad i kaklat dusch och jacuzzi. Det andra sovrummet på huvudnivån känns som mästaren med eget badrum över hallen och ger också tillgång till andra gäster i hemmet. Ta stegen till den nedre nivån där du hittar en annan vardagsrum och gas spis samt ett andra sovrum / bad och fjärde sovrummet också ett badrum över hallen. Detta hem ger en hel del integritet med "dubbelmästaren", 4 sovrum med egna badrum (några över hallen). Den nedre våningen uteplatsen och övre däck på baksidan av huset har genomförts renoverat med tillägg av ett helt nytt badtunna, byggt i eldstaden, och inbyggd i gasgrill. THE PERFECT PLACE FOR A REUNION

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This HOMR is just lovely and really feels like you are in someone's home and not a rental. There are multiple spaces for groups to gather and talk, both inside and outside. We were there in mid-September and enjoyed beautiful weather, so were outside most of the time. Everyone had pleasant sleeping and bathroom areas. The kitchen was certainly well equipped. It was quite private. It was a beautiful house and setting for a beautiful gathering.

House was beautiful and clean when we arrived. Location is wonderfully tucked into the mountains. Communications from host were great. Responsive and helpful. Hot tub was perfect for post round of golf. Outdoor space ideal for entertaining. Def be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is Beautiful. Our experience was very good. Details were accurate and having 7 washrooms really benefitted the big group. No one had to wait in lines for washrooms. Kitchen was clean and so wonderful. Patio/Deck/Grill Bar/Fire pit were very good for all of our group to sit around and enjoy the evening. Responses were very quick and accommodating from the owners. They made check in And checkout process very easy and comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

We were a group of four families with small kids. We loved our stay. The skiing accessibility was great, coming home for homemade lunches and large group dinners were highlights of our stay. We had the best weekend. Thanks for the memories!

Family Ski Trip

We unfortunately couldn't use the ski in/ski out because the North side of the mountain wasn't open. However, easy to get to the day lodge and plenty of room in the garage and mud room to load and unload gear. The house was clean and inviting. The TV in the living room had connectivity issues but the rest of the TVs worked fine. The management team for the property were super friendly and helpful with getting there and leaving information. We would definitely stay here again.

An Amazing House

The older children loved the bunk room and the adults loved having 4 master bedrooms. The kitchen and living area was great for gathering, eating, talking. What the children loved most were the bike runs that they could access just across the street. Can't wait till we can come back!

Centurion Golf Trip

This was an excellent property for our group. We enjoyed the space and all the amenities such as the hot tub, the outdoor grill and fire pit and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the house was extra clean. Our group consisted of eight men vying for our annual golf championship. A wouderful time was had by all.

Multi-generational Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great three-generation family stay in July/August 2024 with twenty guests ranging from 18 months to 74 years. Highlight of the property were the ample bedrooms and bathrooms and also the spacious outdoor patio with hot tub. Also, I should mention the kitchen was much better equipped than other rentals we have used (children's plates and silverware was a nice touch!) The biggest concern was that the living areas capacity did not meet the needs for our large group - family room seated 10 (with office chair), Dining area seated 12 (with kitchen island), upstairs deck seated a cramped 10 and downstairs basement seated 10 also. The 8 person bunk room was small for the full grown teenagers and young adults that we had in there. Highlights away from the home was an outstanding day trip to Mackinaw Island, plus trips to Petosky state park, harbor springs and Pirates Cove putt-putt.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It's especially nice to have 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms so everyone has their own space. The backyard is awesome and the personal touches in the house made it feel like home.

Family golf trip with the wives

The house was very nice and as it was described in the listing. It was close to all the activities that we were interested in, shopping and golf. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommended this property to others. The contact people were easy to deal with and responsive. We had a great time.

Perfect family vacation!

My family, my husbands parents, his two brothers and their families all stayed at this incredible house. I would say it exceeded our expectations including the amenities/accessories in the house. We way overpacked, as the kitchen and bathrooms had pretty much everything we needed. 7 tweens and teen boys shared the bunk room. The two girls had their own twin beds, and each adult pair had their own room. This left one room to spare, which some of the boys in the bunk room needed because their cousins wouldn’t be quiet at night. The outdoor space was great. The boys LOVED mountain biking on site. The rest of us enjoyed hiking! Heading into Petoskey, Mackinac Island, and just hanging out at the house. The house has a perfect blend of community space when we wanted to be together, and places to go when one needed to get away from others. For family that came from out of state and thus did not bring groceries, it was a long drive to the nearest grocery store. That was the only down side for some members of our party. I would absolutely recommend this venue to others! Thank you for sharing your home with us, as we all agreed we will cherish the memories we made!

Blended family mixer

House and facilities were in great shape and fit what was promised. House was clean and very usable for a larger amount of people and most everyone had their own private space and bathroom. One suggestion would be to have firewood available rather than leave to the renters who now have to go and find it. Would go back next year

Excellent home for large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, very clean, very well maintained. We stayed with 4 families and loved ample space, bedrooms with king beds for all the adults, and en suite or nearby full bathrooms for all. Hotel quality bedding and linens. Ski-in/Ski-out is wonderful to a very easy green run called Lois Lane (note: as of Jan. 2024, the Interconnect lift to this run closes at 3:30pm, so you can't return to this location during night skiing). The location is great, but note that the home is uphill from the resort base area and very difficult to get up the hill and the home's driveway in deep snow. AWD/4WD and or snow tires are needed. No complaints - only happy visitors. We'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing Harbor Springs Retreat

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Highlands. The property was fabulous, spacious, and full of amenities. We spent every evening in your wonderful backyard enjoying the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Although we did not need to leave the property to have fun we took advantage of the close proximity of nearby activities (ziplining, beach, shopping, etc) in Harbor Springs and Petosky. Thank you for sharing your property, it is a gem.
