This pleasant and comfortable house is located in a pedestrian-only residence near the forest, 3 km from the center of St Jean de Monts. Bike rentals are available on site so you can enjoy the numerous cycle paths and walks in the forest. At the beach, you can do everything by bike and explore the Côte de Lumière at your own pace, including St Gilles Croix de Vie and Les Sables d'Olonne!

The 45 m² house is composed as follows:
- a modernly decorated living room equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room
- a bedroom with a double bed (two 80x190 cm beds)
- a bathroom (shower)
- a separate toilet
