We appreciate your feedback. We are very pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit and the great location. Trash pick is only twice weekly and not always on check in days so occasionally there can be trash in the outside cans upon arrival. We appreciated you reporting the issue with the garbage drawer during your stay. Per your request, this was addressed after your departure. We are not exactly sure what you a referring to out the LED lights but all can be turned off at switches. Due to the close proximity to the gulf, the salt air can cause corrosion on the window tracks. We will take a look at this and see if it can be remediated! Thanks for staying with us and we hope to welcome you back for a future stay. Coastal View Vacations

Hi Tracy and thanks for the feedback. Sounds like you had great time! Unfortunately, can openers frequently go missing. We would have been happy to drop one off had you let us know. That's what we are here for! We hope you'll plan a return visit. Coastal View Vacations

We appreciate your feedback Caryn. We never like to hear a guest is less than satisfied with their stay. Our records indicate that you had an issue with the sliding door upon arrival and our maintenance man was there within a half hour to assist. We also offered to send the cleaning company back immediately to address any cleaning issues. We provide many avenues for communication and have staff that live in the neighborhood that are happy to assist at anytime. This home continues to be one of our most popular rentals with overall positive feedback. We hope you enjoyed the gorgeous views and the wonderful community of Morgantown. Thanks for staying with us.
