Serenity Now - LKN is quaint cottage with vast views of Lake Norman!

Located on a private drive that is quiet and kid-friendly with plenty of lake to go around! With 185 feet of shoreline, vast lake views, and a 120-foot pier/dock with 15+ feet of water to keep your boat, there is no better place to enjoy Lake Norman!

The cottage is approximately 1,500 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and is an ideal place for up to 4 adults and 2 kids. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with the master bedroom being a king size bed and the guest suite with a queen size bed and a twin-size bunk bed.

For social time, the beautifully renovated kitchen features full-size appliances and tons of counter space for all of your cooking needs. This is coupled with raised countertops making the kitchen a place to enjoy meals, as well as lounge.

The living room features a leather couch sectional with chaise sitting opposite a 55-inch flat-screen TV with basic cable. It is equipped to stream digital content from your accounts.

Directly overlooking the lake and private dock, the sunroom has floor-to-ceiling windows to soak in the beauty. This room can be enjoyed from a pair of comfortable lounge chairs or a farm table that seats six. This table is perfect for seated meals together, or your next game night.
The open floor plan between the kitchen, living room, and sunroom means that you cannot escape the million-dollar views that this cottage has to offer.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Southern Belle.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
