We specify that the garden is shared with another house belonging to the same owners, they insist that they will never be there in the presence of a tenant.

This house welcomes you with a cozy living room equipped with a sofa bed for an additional bed as well as a television. The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, induction hob, fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the utensils needed to cook. You will also find a shower room with WC and washing machine. Upstairs, you will access the bedroom equipped with two single beds that can be glued together to form a large bed (180 x 200) or separated if necessary.
