Vacation Rental in SĂšte: Spacious two-room apartment of 39 mÂČ, on the 2nd floor (with elevator) in a recent residence in the Crois de Marcenac district with a 9mÂČ terrace. 3 km from the beach and 300 m from the shops. In the 10m2 bedroom, you will have a 160 bed and a large closet. The living room is composed of a sofa bed for 2 people, table, chairs, storage and television and Wifi. The bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). The kitchen is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, extractor hood and washing machine. Underground parking -1 included n°114. Pets not allowed.
