You will love this place! Right across the street from the ocean and with an enormous sliding door looking out over the water, at a bank of mangrove trees, watching beautiful manatees and Osprey. You wonât find anything else like it! Two bed, 2 bath, fully furnished, and with new washer, dryer, D/W, AC, flatscreen TV, remote sound and seating. (Master BR also looks out on the Intercoastal.) Heated pool with loungers. Desk and taskchair, printer. Air fryer, sheets, towels, etc etc. Quiet as the Maine woods. High comfort seating on back deck. Easy access: no steps, and keycode doors.

I'm a semi-retired attorney from the Philadelphia area. I also teach at Florida Atlantic University Executive Education Program. I love to kayak in my inflatable pedal kayak at the nearby Indian River. I also bike there on the beautiful bike trails with my electric bike. I enjoy dining at the fine restaurants located just north of me in Palm Beach.

Not a high-rise. 3 story building. Only 28 units in the complex. Quiet with only 6 full-time residents.
This property is a short way from Billionaires Row in Palm Beach. It's a 7 mile bike up to Mar-A-Lago and the shops on Worth Avenue. Ocean Ridge is a small town (2 square miles).
Did I mention the beach across the road? There is a beachfront park with kids play area just up the dune. There is also a small snack shack so no need to tote everything over for the day.
The Police station is just down the road so it's safe and well-cared for.
There is truly no other property like this available so close to the water and multi-million dollar homes.
