Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide restful retreats for up to ten guests. The main floor holds two serene rooms, each with a king bed and generous closet space. The master includes a comfortable chair, a spacious walk-in closet, and direct access to the upstairs bathroom. On the lower level, the third bedroom offers another king bed and connects to a family room. Two additional bedrooms complete this floor, each furnished with a queen bed and large egress windows for natural light.

Indoor living
Natural light fills the open-concept upstairs living and dining area. Share conversation in the comfortable seating, gather around the dining table, or prepare meals in the kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all cooking basics. Downstairs, a family room offers games, a chalkboard wall, and a smart TV for movie nights. A washer and dryer are available in the utility room for convenience.

Outdoor living
The fenced backyard creates a space for gathering and play. A ground-level patio features a covered dining set for eight, a propane BBQ grill, and bench seating. A designated corn hole area provides entertainment, while the centerpiece is the seven-seat hot tub with hydrotherapy jets and waterfall lighting.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, freezer, and wine glasses. Guests will find cookware, utensils, and a dining table set for group meals. Coffee is provided.

Family-friendly amenities
Traveling with little ones is made easier with a pack ’n play, baby bath, high chair, window guards, and board games. Babysitter recommendations are also available.

Comfort and convenience
The home offers air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are included. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and a safe for valuables. Free parking is available on premises and on the street. Self check-in with a keypad adds flexibility. Pets are welcome, and assistance animals are always allowed.
