The villa is on the heights of l'Anse à l'Ane at the Trois Ilets on the south Caribbean coast of Martinique; The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a view of the sea. The view of the sea and the bay of Fort de France is splendid, day or night!

The beach of l'Anse à l'Ane is less than 1km. The large beach of Anses d'Arlet as well as the small beaches of Anse Noire and Anse Dufour are about 3km away.

A small supermarket is about 1km from the villa while Pointe du Bout, the tourist and lively district of Martinique with its shops and restaurants, is 4km away.

The international golf of Martinique is 3km.

The villa of about 87m2 (+ terrace of 45m 2) is distributed on 2 levels.

The upper level includes:

-An air-conditioned room furnished with a double bed and a single bed (separated by a wall in the middle) with bathroom (shower and toilet)

The main level includes:

-An air-conditioned room furnished with a double bed (160x200) with private bathroom
-A very well equipped kitchen
-A separate toilet
-A living room open onto the terrace with sofas, coffee table and television.
-In front of the living room, the partially covered terrace will certainly be your main place to live. It hosts a dining area and a living room outside people under the carbet.

You will also enjoy the sun baths on the deck bordering the pool secure.... and of course the beautiful view of the sea!
