PNW Family Trip

We had a wonderful time at Mike’s home. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need! The deck is wonderful and the outdoor space unlike any I have seen. The view of the sound was awesome! We would definitely recommend the house for anyone looking to explore Rainier, Seattle, Gig Harbor, and even Olympic.

This is the place for a great family getaway

I have stayed in many places and travel frequently. I had family in from Guam and wanted a tranquil place to receive them. This property checked all of the boxes. Not only was it extremely clean and welcoming, it was well furnished, and the pictures are very accurate. This home came well equipped with everything, including spices and more cookware and dishes than you could ever need. We watched the sunsets over the views of Puget sound on the deck. The outdoor kitchen space is fabulous. The home was clean and checkin was very easy. I have never given a review of 10, but I highly recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you for creating such a positive experience!

Family visit

We chose this property for the fantastic gathering spaces and the view. It did not disappoint! Besides the great view and the very quiet neighborhood, the outdoor kitchen area, the deck with a hot tub, and the yard were fantastic for our family to gather. The inside spaces are just as inviting and accommodating. This property’s kitchens are well stocked with all the little things that you don’t want to have to go buy to be able to make a simple meal. Likewise, the bathrooms have everything needed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Super clean properly, and Michael was fantastic to work with, just a good human being! We will definitely consider this property again next time we’re in Tacoma!

Perfect Getaway

We had a perfect long weekend! The house has everything you need and more. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. The beds are so comfortable and the living space was perfect for us. The views are gorgeous and plenty of yard space for the pups. Great location too. It was hard to leave, can’t wait to come back!

Great stay on the Sound

Really lovely neighborhood and beautiful view of the water from the deck. House is really warm and is outfitted with many gadgets outside my level of technical expertise:) Would be a great place to stay also in warmer weather to use the deck, outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi. Host quick to respond and very gracious.

Feels like home

Where to begin. The pics don't do this place justice. The house was very clean and full of light, even a few houseplants. Beds were very comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms were stocked and the bidets were even a little luxurious. The outdoor space is wonderful! We cooked all of our meals outside. Both kitchens had everything we needed! Location is great, and the views are gorgeous. The hospitality just oozes from this place!! Communication was excellent and Michael was kind and helpful. We look forward to staying here whenever we visit our family.

Wonderful visit with family at amazing property!

We spent the week with my Navy son and his wife and bonding with our 6 mos old grandson. First let me begin by saying the communication with Michael was great, I never waited longer than an hour or two for an answer. We met his lovely wife. He explained how everything worked and we enjoyed chatting with him. The community was safe, beautiful and walkable. We walked the baby daily enjoying the friendly neighbors, the different styles of homes and the breathtaking views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mtns. The “Smart-home” setup was PERFECT esp for those who love outdoor living. The patio/ deck were beautifully lit up for the evenings, the hot tub was a great way to relax after a nice meal and the deck had plenty of seating. My son was in grilling heaven. He smoked a brisket in the Traeger smoker, and used the griddle several times for breakfast and dinners. The indoor/outdoor kitchens had everything you could possibly need to include spices, plenty of utensils, grilling and baking supplies. The bathrooms were equipped with heated toilet seats and bidets we’re a luxury. Checkin and out was a breeze. Browns point lighthouse was a nice excursion also. I’ve never stayed at the same property twice but Michael was an amazing host and encouraged us to simply relax and enjoy. Thank you sir. We plan to return. You won’t regret your stay here. Only thing I could suggest is a small TV in the bedrooms. Other than that there’s nothing to improve upon.

Newly renovated country retreat

Well appointed, well cared for, craftsman’s home. Plenty of common space to spread out: deck, covered patio, great table in dining room, living room. Modern appliances, coffee bar, foyer, google smart, laundry room. Hot tub and beautiful view of puget sound. Outstanding long weekend!

Great home base

It was a great place to come back to after being tourists. Amenities were top notch. With numerous outdoor cooking options. Could use crab shell crackers since seafood is awesome in this area. Loved the heated toilet seats.

Beautiful house

We loved this well stocked beautiful home and truly enjoyed our stay here! We used this as home base and traveled to downtown Seattle (to catch a Mariners game and visit the market place), Mt. Rainier and Olympic National Park before boarding a cruise to Alaska! The area has so much to offer and we enjoyed returning to a quiet beautiful home every evening. The hosts were wonderful and quick to respond. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic!!! We had some cooks in our group so we ate well! We highly recommend this home for any families that are looking to explore Seattle or just get away to relax!

AMAZING!!!!

The house is great - super fun outdoor kitchen / hang out space. great patio with hot tub and water views. the house is super clean and has lots of nice open space. The hosts are great as well. You will not regret your stay here. If you are flying in, it's only like 25min from the airport. you can walk the hills down to the water. it's truly an amazing place!

A pure dream in Washington

My family stayed at this house for a week and we never wanted to leave. The location has so much to it that makes you want to extend your time there. The outdoor kitchen is a dream, the inside is well stocked, polished, beautiful and spacious. There's so much for kids in the house (games, TV, hot tub) and nearby there's many beaches. 2 hours away is Mr. Rainer and less than 30 minutes to downtown Seattle. There's a local golf course that was fun and challenging in it's own quirky way and lots of shopping towards Federal Way and a bi further there's outlet malls etc. Everything you can need is here or around here. The host was incredibly kind and communicative. Having someone you can text or call for help at any time was great for our trip experience. This is the only way we will experience Seattle in the future, 100%.
