The Space:
Tropical wallpapers, green and yellow paints, natural materials, and palm tree-shaped lamps create a fully immersive "Tropicool" atmosphere.

Throws and quilts will keep you cozy during cool evenings. The fireplace, a central feature of the house, offers warm and cozy moments even in the heart of winter and allows you to grill a rib steak when it’s too chilly to use the plancha!

The pool is heated from Easter holidays to the end of All Saints' holidays, thanks to a heat pump.

A home that is just as welcoming in spring as in autumn, in summer as in winter. The light changes, the vegetation evolves, but no matter the season or the length of your stay.

We do not allow tents in the garden or inflatable mattresses to add extra beds.
The house features multiple staircases; while not dangerous, they make access challenging for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
The entire house and property are fully accessible.
You can park easily right in front of the house.

The Neighborhood:
In the heart of the village of Piquey, the Pointe aux Chevaux is a charming and very quiet neighborhood, just a 2-minute walk from the beach.

La plage y est très jolie et vous arrivez directement à la dégustation la plus proche, Jean Bouet qui est adorable! si vous partez à droite la plage des hirondelles est très agréable aussi et vers la gauche vous pouvez rejoindre à pied la conche afin de profiter du coucher de soleil tout en dégustant vos huitres.

La boulangerie Chez Pascal et ses dunes est un incontournable que vous rejoindrez en 5 mnà pied en traversant la maison forestière. A côté l'épicerie, le tabac, la banque, le loueur de vélo et tous les commerces sont à votre disposition.

De l'autre côté toujours à pied au niveau du rond point de la gendarmerie d'autres commerces compléteront vos besoins.

En voiture 5 mn suffisent à rejoindre les plages océanes.
De même pour accéder au marché de PIraillan, ou au Super U de Claouey.
En 15 mn vous rejoindrez le Ferret, situé à la pointe la presqu'ile.

La maison ainsi que le quartier sont un havre de paix pour ses habitants, aucun événement ne sera autorisé, que ce soit EVJF, mariage, anniversaire....et si vous souhaitez y séjourner merci de respecter le calme qui règne à la pointe aux chevaux!

Getting Around:
Feel free to contact La Loge du Bassin; we can place the order for you and have bicycles delivered directly to the villa. The company will also come to collect them afterward.

Other Things to Note:
We offer the provision of household linen (towels and made-up beds) upon request for your stay. The cost is €20 per person for the entire stay.

A travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.
One of the bedrooms does not have a window.
