This 180mÂČ Charentaise villa, located in the Parc de la RĂ©sidence, features a swimming pool and can accommodate 8 to 12 people (flexible price). It includes:
- The main house sleeps 4 people, with an entrance hall and guest toilet on the ground floor. - A 57mÂČ living area with a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, refrigerator, filter coffee maker + Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster) opening onto the living room with a dining area and lounge with sofas and a screen (computer connection possible). No TV signal - No internet access. The house provides access to the private, flower-filled patio of approximately 70mÂČ on one side, and access to the covered terrace with a barbecue and gas grill on the other side, overlooking the pool and south-facing garden.
