This is a very old property. The apartment has been cosmetically upgraded, but the infrastructure is poor. We intentionally booked a place with two bathrooms but had only one working bathroom for one night (shower failure) and one working toilet for all three nights. The property manager was very responsive but the toilet issue could not be fixed during our stay.The apartment is lacking in cleanliness. Thee bathrooms were very poorly cleaned â bandaid stuck to a shower wall and hair all over.The kitchen was very poorly stocked â four utensils, four plates, etc. youâd have to wash dishes with every meal and if you had more than four (say a family) you wouldnât have enough plate ware.The property floods. It poured with rain and all the walkways into/out of the complex were four inches deep in water. The property requires a lot of prior identification to be submitted and many different lock codes. The main property gate, however, was unlocked the entire time.I am a very frequent VRBO user and have never submitted a poor review. This property is deserving of one and I believe I am entitled to a refund of at least on night since we didnât not have bathroom facilities.
