Location! Location! Beautiful newly renovated, professionally decorated home located in the historic Marigny Triangle neighborhood. With a 95% walkability score this location allows you to experience all New Orleans has to offer. This home is just 4 blocks from the French Quarter, 3 blocks to Frenchmen Street's famous music halls and steps to the Rampart streetcar line that provides easy access to the entire city.

Enjoy your stay in this 4-bedroom 4-bath, 2400 sq ft home, featuring a spacious open living room and kitchen area that will accommodate large groups comfortably. Directly off the living room is a beautiful balcony overlooking the rampart streetcar line. Another added feature to this home is the large open private courtyard that offers our guest an additional place to gather, relax and unwind.

The 2 story 2400 sq ft home was professionally designed to give our guest a true home away from home experience. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one queen bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom can share between 2 common area bathrooms both with tub/showers, one bathroom is located on the first floor and the other bathroom is on the second floor. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed and its own private bath. the home is also equipped with 2 instantaneous water heaters to ensure our guest that hot water will never be a problem.

The large kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and all the kitchen utensil you will need. This home also includes Wifi, washer/dryer and smart TVs

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before guest arrive and comes stocked with coffee, fresh towels and all bathroom essentials.
If your dates are not available, are you need extra bedrooms, we have 2 additional homes located in the same block.

Perfect house. Perfect location

Perfectly sized house for four couples. The patio was ideal for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Lots of food and essential shopping within walking distance. Tim was a gem of a host.

Great weekend stay!

House was beautiful- perfectly set up for a group trip to NOLA! Just a few blocks from Frenchman street, and an easy Uber from everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing bachorlette weekend

We had an amazing stay. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We felt very safe and walked to the french quarter during both the day and evenings. Tim was an excellent host- incrediblely communicative and accommodating. Would absolutely book agin when next in New Orleans.

Perfect getaway for our group

Stayed here for a long weekend with my girlfriends for my bachelorette party. The house is lovely, even nicer and larger than the pictures made it seem. Tim was a wonderful host and allowed us to check out late as some of us had evening flights. Perfect location and definitely felt quiet and secure at the house. Would stay here again in the future!

Family Getaway

We took our parents and our daughter on a trip to New Orleans. The place was beautiful, very clean, and so very spacious!! The only negative is that it’s on a busy street.

Good but can be great

Gate to open on the street entrance is a bit of a hassle and can be a bit smoother. Also, there is a car port and having to park on the street was bit painful to carry stuff from outside to inside. Finally, the checkout time was too early for all the extra stuff we need to do like loading dishwasher and clothes washer and would have preferred an extra hour or early checkout without to do extra which we don’t do at other places. So yes, it was good but can be great.

Nice property and location

Great location just minutes to the quarter on foot. Property as described and owner very responsive to text and questions. Felt extremely safe in location. Only knock is there are no TVs in sleeping rooms and tv in main room is small.

The Perfect Place to Stay!

This home is 5+! The decor was beautiful and it is set up to entertain (great open kitchen to gather), all the rooms were large and VERY QUIET! The host was very accommodating and great to work with. Location provided easy walking to the FQ and all the fun of NOLA- it was great to return each day to the luxury of this home. Highly recommend!

Close to the Quarter and Frenchman

This is a nicely furnished new build on the edge of the Marigny that is convenient to walk to downtown entertainment and restaurants. Tim the host was very helpful and there was plenty of room to spread out in the house.

Perfect House for Larger Groups

This house was perfect for our group of 10 girls. Plenty of space, comfy beds, lots of seating, etc. The welcome basket was a nice touch too. The house is so much bigger than the photos look. Plenty of street parking. We walked everywhere or took Uber/Lyft so we never had to move our cars. Would definitely stay here again.

As advertised and great location

Stayed comfortably with 9 adults. The property is very clean, private with a safe and secure gate (and no real neighbors), and all amenities are as advertised. We walked to and from the Quarter every day, about a 20 min walk to Bourbon street. 10 minutes or so to Frenchman. Would absolutely recommend!

Immaculate house with amazing host

The property was exactly as pictured, gorgeous and immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully and thoughtfully stocked with everything you’d need to cook. The beds were super comfy. And the host was amazingly accommodating with checkin and checkout. I’m not familiar with New Orleans and was a little worried about the safety in the neighborhood but I felt very safe at this property and had a wonderful time in New Orleans.

Perfect House for Sister's NOLA Bachelorette!

This house was the perfect size for 10 girls attending a bachelorette weekend. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and modern, comfortable and a great location to the French Quarter and Frenchmen's Street. During the day we walked around the area but at night we opted to Uber, even to closer by destinations to be safe. The host was quick to respond when I had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone visiting New Orleans with a group. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!!
