It's our top priority to make sure our guests feel comfortable during their stay. We are located in a warm and friendly neighborhood. However, we do ask to keep the noise down after 9 pm with respect to our neighbors with young kids and old folks. Thank you for understanding. And we hope we can host you again next time!

We appreciate your feedback Kimberly. We wish to host you under better circumstances in the future.

We’re sorry the reservation could not proceed, but several points require clarification. Our pre-arrival questions regarding guest count and ages are part of our standard verification process and are used to confirm that reservation details comply with occupancy and house rules. The property’s exterior security cameras are also disclosed and are used for safety, security, and verification of property access—not to intrusively monitor guests. The reservation was ultimately unable to proceed because required booking and payment verification details could not be satisfactorily confirmed. These safeguards apply consistently to reservations and are intended to protect both guests and the property. While we understand the cancellation was frustrating, it was based on verification requirements rather than an arbitrary decision made shortly before arrival.

We're glad that you enjoyed your stay Kristin. We have previously experienced complaints due to unauthorized gatherings and parties, and our priority is the safety of our guests and the community. We truly appreciate all of your feedback, as it helps us make the community safer and your stay better. We hope to host you again in the future.
