Welcome to the Coastal Haven Suite. This condo is truly a gem, located in the sought after Astoria Building. Our guests tell us "It's the perfect location"! Pamper yourself in this relaxing beachy west coast condo. Tastefully decorated with high end furnishings and amenities, offering 3 decks with awesome city, mountain, harbour and ocean views! You will feel an immediate sense of relaxation & ease. Located at 751 Fairfield Road on the 16th floor, within walking distance to everything needed for a great holiday or a successful business trip.

The Coastal Haven Suite is a beautifully appointed 2 bed / 2 bath condo in a quiet building (concrete & steel), located just 2 blocks from the famous Inner Harbour. Enjoy 3 outdoor spaces; one patio is located directly off the second bedroom (your guests private sanctuary). The other 2 patios are located off the living and dining rooms. Cuisine super bien équipée. Près du port mais le trafic est bruyant. Les trois balcons sont un atout.

Very good location!

This unit is in a great building with a friendly community. The 3 patios were wonderful and the grill and kitchen appliances were amazing! The kitchen had everything you would ever need. Very well appointed!

The Astoria Building is a beautiful concrete and steel 19 storey building, with secure access to all floors.
There are many amenities within the Astoria Building, including the Community Room and Fitness Room (Please see Strata Rules & Regulations).
The Coastal Haven Suite provides THREE patio spaces, all fully furnished, including a propane grill - offering views of the ocean, Strait of Juan de Fuca, city and mountain views.
Two high speed elevators serve all floors making access easy and efficient for our guests.
Designated, secure, indoor parking and bicycle storage. (Max Vehicle Height 6'8")
