Getting There
Guests have one reserved parking space included in their rate, located in the underground gated parkade, attached to the Astoria Building. This location is so good that most guests leave their car parked and walk to everything downtown, like restaurants, cafes, bookstores, museums, theatre, Imax, etc....

Close to the famous Inner Harbour, entertainment, shopping, dining, and all the amenities such as grocery stores, cafes & bakeries are steps away, in Canada's most walk-able downtown. AND if the view is an important feature of your vacation rental, this property is for you!

There are many amenities within the Astoria Building, including the Community Room and Fitness Room (Please see Strata Rules & Regulations).
The Coastal Haven Suite provides THREE patio spaces, all fully furnished, including a propane grill - offering views of the ocean, Strait of Juan de Fuca, city and mountain views.
Two high speed elevators serve all floors making access easy and efficient for our guests.
Designated, secure, indoor parking and bicycle storage. (Max Vehicle Height 6'8")
