📝 Rental Agreement
Please sign the digital agreement within 48 hours of booking—or right away if you’re arriving within 5 days. If it isn’t signed, your stay may be canceled as a guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy.
🏡 Be Thoughtful
Treat the home like it belongs to your favorite aunt and uncle. Clean up after yourself, and leave things as you found them.
🚫 No Shenanigans
No drugs, illegal activity, unregistered guests, or parties. Breaking this rule may result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Let’s not go there.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is only allowed outdoors. Absolutely no lighting up indoors or in the garage.
🏘️ Be a Good Neighbor
Keep noise down after dark and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashville's quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
🐾 Be a Responsible Pet Owner
Up to 2 well-behaved, potty-trained dogs are welcome for $25 each per night—just let us know in advance. Please clean up after your pup and keep furniture pet-free unless covered with your own linens. No other animals allowed.

The primary guest must be 21+, stay the entire time, and take responsibility for the stay. Rate includes 4 guests; extras (up to 6 total) are $20/night and must be confirmed 24 hours before arrival. Middle TN residents must request approval before booking or are subject to cancellation. Families and kids are welcome, but the home is not child-proofed.

RATE NOTES
Our nightly rate covers 1-4 guests. Additional guests (up to 6) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed, with additional fees paid for, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 6.
We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (Details in House Rules.)

The townhome is in vibrant East Nashville, with quick/easy access to just about everything you'd want to do in the city. We are just 5 minutes from TopGolf, 2.5 miles to Five Points (the social center of East Nash) and less than 3 miles to downtown. While this isn’t a walkable area, a very short Uber or Lyft ride will get you to a number of nearby restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions.
Our transitional neighborhood has a mix of new construction (like ours), renovated homes, and older houses. There's lots of development happening, with new homes, shops, and restaurants going up all the time! We’ve never experienced crime at our house but this is a city: be smart and mindful. Remember that staying so close to the downtown core means you’ll be in an urban community.
If you're looking for a beautiful and spacious home in close, convenient proximity to everything in Music City, you’ve found it! We look forward to hosting you!
