Stunning Pool House - 5 minute walk to Isla Verde beach!

Gorgeous new property to Vrbo and just fully renovated; 5 minute walk to amazing Isla Verde beaches! Steps to Panadería España (very popular coffee/deli shop), restaurants, supermarket & other shops.

Property has 2 stories; this house is at the bottom level. Consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, common area swimming pool & barbecue grill.

The property has been designed and equipped to satisfy all your needs. Our purpose is for every guest to have the best experience while visiting.

House sleeps up to 14 guests. There are new A/C units and ceiling fans in the entire house, including the living and family rooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics, cutlery, plateware, glassware, utensils, fridge, stove & oven, toaster, microwave, blender, and coffee maker.

The place is set up for 8 guests, but for an additional fee, we can accommodate up to 6 extra guests by: 1) Providing access to a Queen Sleep sofa which would be placed in the extended family area (part of the large kitchen and dining area) and 2) providing 1 or 2 high quality Queen air mattresses, depending on your needs.

Every room has its own A/C unit and ceiling fan; WIFI is provided. There are Smart TV's in 2 out of 3 bedrooms, and living area (3 in total).

Common pool area is on the outside of property; there are lounge chairs, picnic table & umbrella where you can sit, relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is also a barbecue grill. Pool area also has its own bathroom and outdoor shower.

Please, note that at the time of your visit, other guests may be staying at the top floor apartment units. The swimming pool is a common (shared) space, which all guests in the property are welcome to enjoy.
