In a quaint condo community you will find the Restful Retreat. It’s a modern corner unit, one floor condo with vaulted ceilings great light and with plenty of room to relax and recharge. Work from home in the office area or work from the sun room den area with comfy oversized chairs to sit in. Stay for a few days, a week or a month we have a fully stocked kitchen, two sitting areas , 2 baths and 2 bedrooms , bonus area and an office area, porch and WiFi and laundry area so it will be a comfortable stay no matter how long you are visiting. The king bedroom suite, has its own bath , ceiling fan and smart tv along with a large wall in closet! The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan tv and desk with a large closet, The bonus room has a sitting area and a queen bed. The Restful Retreat is pet friendly so bring your fur babies! There is a pet walk area for your convenience and small yard next tothe unit since it’s an end unit. There are 2 designated parking spots with permits for your convenience makes it easy to park for the unit. Close to Duke 8 to 10 min and UNC chapel hill, only about 10 minutes from Downtown Durham, 20 minutes to RTP and the Raleigh-Durham International airport. The Restful Retreat is in a prime location. Also, Shopping ahd restaurants are just around the corner and Southpoint mall is a 10 minute drive along with many wonderful trails to enjoy and explore!
