Cute & Clean

The home was nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed the ping pong table and games for kids, but we wished the beds were more comfortable.

Cozy weekend getaway

My husband and I brought our Golden Retriever with us to visit our son, who attends the University of Arkansas, for the weekend. Communication with Staci was easy and she was very helpful. The house was clean and was fully stocked with anything you would need. The extra snacks, waters in the fridge, and coffee bar were so nice.

Enjoyable stay

The property is accurately described and lived up to the pictures. It is in a good location with easy access to trails and main roads. We particularly enjoyed the backyard firepit that was well stocked with firewood.

Fall Getaway

Spacious for our family of 5! Owner communicated throughout the stay just to check on us. Loved the fenced in backyard and fire pit. Well equipped house and loved the way we securely signed in and out of the smart TVs.

Space and Comfort in Bella Vista

We have zero complaints about this wonderful house. So spacious & comfortable, so well stocked, the covered deck, the firepit and not least the attentive and responsive service from the owners. We shall return !

Golf trip

A group of 4 of us visited Bella Vista for the weekend to play golf. This is the 4th time we have done this the past few years. The house was exactly what was shown in the listing. Everything was functional, beds were comfortable, and essentials were there as well. Thank you for a great weekend.

Great house near trails

We traveled to Bella Vista for a hiking trip. This house was very comfortable for us and our dog.The location is the best for hiking! Walking distance to Sugar Bridge trail (connects to Danger Will Robinson) and Tunnel Vision Trail and Kingswood Connector trail. Tunnel Vision trail connects to Windsor Lake Dam and Tanyard Nature area and LagoVista trail to Lake Avalon. We hiked so many beautiful trails without needing to get into the car. The backyard is fenced for the dog. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is outfitted with everything we needed. The host thought of everything to make the visit enjoyable. Lots of books and games.Shopping: Walmart isn't too far away for stocking up, but we visited Harp's grocery for the short list of things we needed when we didn't want to deal with the Walmart crowds. Harps is just up the road. A drive, but an easy drive. This house will definitely be on our list for the next visit to Bella Vista! Recommended!

Bella Vista stay

We have stayed in many vrbo homes, this home surpassed all of them. There was so many small touches that made it so wonderful. The coffee bar and snacks were unexpected and so appreciated. Our pup loved the back yard and so did we. The hosts were attentive and communicated every day of our stay. Thanks again for a great stay.

Perfect Choice

My friend and I were spending just a few nights in the area and did not want to stay in a hotel. This VRBO was the perfect choice! The home was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. You (and your fur baby) will find everything you need for a lovely stay.

Great Weekend Getaway

Our favorite thing about the house and our stay was the security of the fully fenced backyard. We brought our two dogs with us, and it was so nice to be able to just let them out the back door into the backyard. It is a chain link fence without any holes or gaps. The house was very nice and welcoming in a nice location in the middle of the Bella Vista, AR area. The house had all the essentials needed for our stay. The fire pit looked nice (although we couldn't use it due to rain). The covered back porch and patio set was nice though.

Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Home is clean, well kept and accommodated a group of six adults perfectly. Enjoyed the fire pit, the room living room and bedrooms. Special treat was all the snacks provided! :). Would definitely stay there again!!

Extremely nice property

Perfect Family Getaway in Bella Vista

The property was perfect for our family. The communication was great before we arrived and check in went very smooth. Everything was clean and stocked for all your needs. It is also very close to all activities in Bella Vista and the fire pit was fun in the evening. The property manager also recommended we try Crazy Willy’s ice cream and it did not disappoint! We hope to be back soon!

Fantastic place to sray

We took our grand daughters on a summer vacation to see the great Passion Play. The Little Sugar Chalet was so relaxing, clean and comfortable. Staci, our host was very accommodating and never forgot she had guest! Every time I texted her, there was an immediate reply! Even just to answer simple questions about things to do in Bella Vista. I have been renting vacation rental homes since 2016, and this was the cream of the crop! I would recommend this house to ALL who are looking for a peaceful, quite and serene stay! The house was well equipped and their was nothing left to want for. Thank you Staci; I can’t wait to come back!!
