We had a great weekend. The property was very clean and spacious and packed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jen offers many thoughtful touches to enhance our vacation. Great vacation home!

We truly enjoyed our week at the sunny Lane beach home! Comfortable beds, home as advertised and our boys enjoyed all of the available entertainment at the home. Jen & Ken thought of all the details! We will rent again when we are back in the area.

Beautifully Decorated!!!

Check in was simple amd communication with property owner was great. Everything was in working order and had lots of extras for the beach. Easy walk across the not so busy street to beach. Our family really enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful home!

Great location and great host

We loved staying here with our 6 kids ranging from 15 to 5. Everything else was perfect with provided beach gear, dart board, foosball, arcade, sun room with dining table for very enjoyable meals, putting green, and outdoor shower. The walk to the beach does have busy road to cross. The distance to the beach is nice, but the road made meant no running ahead for the kids. Our host was very responsive and helpful with a lot of attention to the little things. I would stay here again any chance we have in the future.

Property that has it all!

Great location! Well equipped kitchen, great game room, spacious back porch, and private back yard. Quiet street, on one side walk to the river for sunsets or walk across the street for the sunrise on the beach. All comfortable beds with plenty of space. Kayaks, chairs, fishing poles/gear, boogie boards, etc. to keep busy. One of the best, well thought out vrbo’s for playing outside or inside on a rainy day!

Great trip

Sunny Lane Beach house is the best vacation home. Perfect location, ocean, intercoastal, restaurants, bars and shops all in walking distance. Jen and Ken are the ultimate hosts. The house was immaculate, beautiful and updated. Everything was provided that you would need for your stay. The yard and rooftop deck were a big hit and used daily. Looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended,.

Best beach house!

We had the most amazing time staying here in cocoa beach. We stayed 4 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The location is great, the beach is across the street and the fat snook next door is a must. Jen was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We loved the putting green, corn hole and the indoor games room! We will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Great Birthday!

This beach house is in a great location! It was so easy to walk across the road and to the beach. The beach itself is so nice and almost like a private beach with hardly anyone over there. We were also only a few minutes away from downtown. The owners left some homemade salsa for us that we all loved. My friend actually ordered a couple of jars. The house is nice with lots of activities. My friends were even saying they would love to stay at this beach house again.

Excellent Beach House

The hosts have thought of every detail. We had a wonderful time. Only concerns-We were unable to use the lagoon due to difficulties with access and there was no crosswalk from house to beach access so required extra caution to cross several lanes of traffic. Great value. Great location. Highly recommend for groups/families

Hi! We're a Florida-based family who absolutely loves hosting guests in beautiful Cocoa Beach. What started as one special home — Sunny Lane Beach House — quickly grew into a true passion for helping families and friends make lasting memories by the sea. We recently added our second property, Coral Palm Beach House, and we hope you love it just as much as we do!

We’re a family of five: one of our kids is a Marine Corps officer and pilot-in-training, another is a Gator at the University of Florida, and our youngest is in middle school. I’m a Florida native who’s called Orlando home since the '80s. While we love to travel and explore this incredible country, Florida — and Cocoa Beach in particular — will always have our hearts.

We can’t wait to share this slice of sunshine with you. Let us know how we can help make your stay unforgettable!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Location, location, location! Very few properties are within walking distance of both the ocean and the river. This house is just steps from both, on the thinnest strip of land at the southernmost point of Cocoa Beach. Also, it's close to everything but on a quiet part of the beach, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet and small. We love that our guests can fish, kayak and go to the beach without having to get into the car.
