This bright 53 m² apartment offers a comfortable and practical setting for an enjoyable stay. The spacious living/dining room can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, hood, oven, microwave) allows you to prepare your meals with ease. The modern bathroom features a shower and a vanity unit, with separate toilets for added convenience. The sleeping area includes two welcoming bedrooms with comfortable 140x200 beds. For added comfort, coffee is provided, as well as bed linen, fluffy bath towels, shampoo, and shower gel, ensuring you can fully enjoy your stay without a care in the world.
A parking space is available in the courtyard of the building.
From the train station: 8 minutes by car
and 14 minutes by bus line A, direction Cesson République, get off at the Avenir stop.

Quiet area with private parking and laundry facilities 100m away.
When you leave the station, you will find yourself on Boulevard Carnot.
To get there by bus:
Go to the Gare SNCF stop, located right in front of the station.
Take a bus from the TUB line (Transports Urbains de Saint-Brieuc). You can take line 1 or line 2, depending on the route in service.
Get off at the Edmond Rostand stop (near Rue Edmond Rostand, about 5-7 minutes by bus).
From the Edmond Rostand bus stop, you can walk a few minutes to get directly to 67B Rue Edmond Rostand.
If you prefer to walk, the distance is about 15-20 minutes on foot from Saint-Brieuc train station, following Rue de la Gare and then towards Rue Edmond Rostand.
Be sure to check the bus schedules or use a local transportation app to have the real-time directions.
