You will be close to the main tourist sites, such as the Town Hall, Saint-Sauveur Cathedral and the prestigious museums of Aix.

Located in a peaceful and charming street, this neighbourhood offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Just a few minutes' walk from Cours Mirabeau, you can enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the Provençal markets, explore the local shops and savour the flavours of the many cafés and restaurants.

Our air-conditioned accommodation has a parking space equipped with an electric charging station (included in the price).
It has 3 bedrooms, one of which has an office area.
There are also 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a bean-to-cup coffee machine.
The living room is comfortable and has a video projector that serves as a television.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).

Our terrace offers an unobstructed view and is perfectly equipped for your meals with a plancha grill available.
The accommodation is equipped with a noise monitoring device.
It is a ‘Minut’ system for noise control, occupant count and smoke detection.
