The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 300 m² house, which can accommodate up to 13 people, for rent in Souzy-la-Briche. It has a lovely 120 m² living room (with a large fireplace), six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Tennis court, swimming pool, billiards table, games room - we're waiting for you!

- A 120 m² living room with lounge, sofa, fireplace (wood provided) and dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a large cooking hob with Falcon double oven, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (small bath)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (bath)
- Separate WC
First floor:
- A large games room with table football, cinema screen, board games, books and comics
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room and WC

House is charming, but needs maintenance. Concierge is terrible and will withhold security deposit.

I really wanted to give this property a good review, but it’s just not possible. This property is very pretty, full of character, well located for access to Paris and a good size for a large party. It has some good facilities, such as a private heated pool, and there is plenty to keep the family occupied.But:The listing is incorrect. It is not self check-in but you are met by a host. The instructions you are repeatedly sent by the concierge service do not correspond with this process. The concierge service, JFKey Concierge is the one reason we would not recommend this property. Their communication is erratic, they do not respond to your messages, but when you do not quickly acknowledge their messages, they chase you. Their messages do not always make sense. The language difference could account for this but they also refer to dates that do not correspond with your stay.Most concerning, they accused us of damaging the property and withheld the security deposit, when a simple check with the owner/hosts would have made clear the damage was pre-existing. We have not yet received a refund of this. This has been stressful and time consuming.House needs maintenance - there is a broken bed which the host knew about but was not repaired. The grounds are unkempt, equipment is old - the old kettle cracked spilling boiling water and we were expected to replace this at our cost. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the management company is changed.

Un bon moment. Maison sympa mais non nettoyée a l'arrivée.Peu importe, le temps a fait que nous etilns dehors.2 semaines apres avoir rendu la maison, des frais de dégradations (non justifiés) nous sont réclamés.Nojs ne laisserons pas une societe de conciergerie incompétente nous facturer des frais abusifs.Nous nous reservons le droit de mener toutes les démarches pour obtenir réparations
