Mildred, we're saddened to hear your cabin stay did not meet expectations. While we were unaware of the issues you experienced with pests, this is certainly not how we wanted you to spend your vacation. Your concerns have been passed along to the appropriate departments for further review to address these matters as soon as possible. Although what we provide in our properties is listed in our arrival email, we apologize for any miscommunication and recognize we could have been more proactive in assuring you were aware. Unfortunately, we do not offer spices or related items. However, we do provide kitchen utensils and a starter amount of toiletries, towels, and washcloths. We are deeply sorry for your disappointing experience, and please know this is not our standard. We would love the opportunity to show you a better time in the future.
