Beautiful property in an amazing location!

It was a quick visit to Venice for us on our way to hiking the Dolomites. Another friend had recommended this specific property and it did not disappoint! Incredible apartment in an unbeatable location in Venice. The host was amazing and couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous apartment

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for four adults and two kids. Easy check in, lots of great recommendations for food and aid in procuring water taxis. A truly beautiful property, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great property

Place was terrific. Extremely clean and comfortable and a perfect location. The taverna next door is a highlight too. Host made everything easy. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Venice.

Amazing!!!

Fantastic Property!! Giulio was super helpful describing the space. Old world charm…Very comfortable with family of 4 and a great friend. Close proximity to everything 25 min walk from train. Highly suggest taking taxi boat to unit. They drop you right at unit. Amazing views down the Grand Canal.

Great stay

The apartment is amazing, there is an easy marker to find the exact street turn to get to it as well. The hosts were increbily helpful in booking a water taxis to on day of departure as we had older parents with us and walking with luggage would have been a little difficult for them. Overall a really pleasant stay.

Great Place To Stay!

If you love history and elegance this apartment is for you! The location is incredible. A short walk to everything you want to see and great places to eat. You can sit at the end of the dock and watch all the gondolas go by and an awesome view of the Rialto Bridge. The taverna next door is sooo good. We will stay here again.

Family trip to Venice

It was a great place to stay. We had a tremendous view on the Grand Canal and from the waterfront a direct view to the Rialto-Bridge. It was easy to explore the city by feet, because everything is reached within an hour, so you can keep the kids in good mood! There is a shop around the corner and there are several places that offer ice-cream, Pizza and Frozen Joghurt to take home. The appartement itself has got great flair, a perfect mixture of an old house, some old furniture and modern texture aswell. A cosy place we definitly would visit again!

Venice Stay

Great location but need better address for boats to find location. The restaurant next to the apartment is superb, food is outstanding and reservations are required. Restaurant is Taverna del Remer. Enjoy!

Great Location

This apartment sits above a quiet courtyard with a restaurant and dock which gives you a great view. You have giant picture windows in the apartment which gives you a great view of the water. The dock gives you a very nice view of the Rialto bridge. Also easy access from the airport by private water taxi. The location is a 10! The inside is a blend of old and new design… everything works! Great for a family of 5 or 6

Perfect location; Beautiful Rustic Apartment with Amenities

The owner, Gulio, was very helpful to provide us with instructions for the water taxi to locate the apartment. The Apartment is rustic in style, but well equipped with modern amenities (for example, air conditioning!) There is one flight of stairs to climb. It is located right on the canal. There is a restaurant next door, and it is located in a central location to shops, sites, restaurants, etc. The host was helpful, the property was clean, and we definitely recommend this Vbro!

Amazing Venice Apartment.

If you have the opportunity to book this apartment, do it immediately. It is a perfect location and it’s beautiful inside. So much space for our family and we loved the old world modern decor. Easy to communicate with the property manager. Boat taxi drops off right at your front door.

Beautifully Designed & Spacious Apartment!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 2 nights. The is a very unique apartment and beautifully designed. We love that Guilio was the architect and felt like we were living with art. The dining room with window overlooking the Canal! It was very convenient as the water taxi dropped us off right in front of the apartment. Guilio met us as we arrived before check in at 2pm. He allowed us to store our bags and gave us an overview of the apartment. He even sent us a list of recommendations that his daughter had handwritten. We ate at two of recommended 1000 Gourmet Venezia and Al Mascaron, both which are really good. The apartment is very walkable to St. Mark's Square, Doge's Palace, etc. A plus that there's grocery store right around the corner. We even bumped into Guilio walking around town and thought that was so cool. If you're looking for a private place with plenty of space, book this! You will be happy you did.

Great Property in Venice

We are a family of 5 who stayed for two nights at this property. The location is fantastic. Actually didn't realize how well situated it was when we booked as we don't know Venice too well. The property was well appointed and great old and new architecture. It is situated in a courtyard right by the water so a water taxi can drop you off or pick you up right there. There is a nice restaurant right below as well which is worth visiting. it is not noisy from the apt. though. Highly recommend this property.

Love the Grand Canal Spectacular Apt!!

My family of five (girls 17,15,11) visited Venice for the first time and enjoyed everything the Grand Spectacular had to offer. To begin, Giulio was so warm and friendly; thank you Giulio for being such a good communicator! The experience of pulling up to the apt in a private water taxi from Venice airport was a unique and thrilling experience for myself and family. You made it easy. Your advice on the city was so great as well. We had such a wonderful trip. And also thank you for the taxi to the train station. We made it there safely and to Roma on time. If anyone is making this trip to Rome on way to Amalfi- I highly recommend the executive class. It’s awesome. Grazie Grazie!!

RENT THIS APARTMENT!

If this apartment is available grab it! you will not be disappointed. The photos do not do this absolutely stunning space justice. It is a perfect blend of modern and classic Venetian architecture. The design elements are stunning. It is a very large apartment with everything you need. Location is perfect. In a very busy part of town but tucked up a small alley that no one travels through. There is a great bar / restaurant right below that is frequented mostly by locals and we did not have any issues with noise late at night. The small courtyard that the apartment sits on is right on a dock you can take taxis directly to and from. incredibly convenient in all ways and absolutely gorgeous. The host was extremely accommodating and kind. Truly a perfect stay and perfect way to end our multi city vacation.

Fabulous venice apartment!

Our family of 5 (2 teenagers plus a younger one) loved staying at this amazing apartment. The location can't be beat- walking to almost everything you will want to see in venice and perfectly located above a great restaurant that has a wonderful happy hour spread. It is on the more desired side of the Rialto bridge and close to great shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. Would be a perfect location for a family with kids who can stay home alone a little bit because you can pop down for a glass of wine without taking your eyes off of the apartment. The dock attracts lots of people who grab a glass of wine and enjoy the scene on the grand canal. With a view of the grand canal, central location, tons of clean, well thought out space, a useable kitchen and very hip decor, this apartment was perfect for us. Manager was very helpful, prompt and reliable. You really can't go wrong with this one- our favorite cappuccino and gelato were just around the corner too! Description on website is reliable and accurate. Communications were very easy and payment via PayPal worked out great.

Amazing stay in Venice!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Venice. The place is impeccably furnished and the overall interior design is beautiful. The location is very close and quick walks to the Rialto Bridge and the main square. The apartment is located in a small square that has a restaurant and bar located near the entrance of the apartments’ steps. We did not eat at the restaurant but it does steady business, we did have drinks there one afternoon which was pretty chill to sit outside with views of the grande canal. The downstairs restaurant can get quite busy depending on the day and it seemed like the crowd would die down around midnight. We didn’t have issues with noise, which is pretty typical of Venice because it’s so busy, as the bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment and very quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the bathrooms and bedrooms are very modern and spacious. We ate breakfast in the unit with very cool views of the canal. The office area in the unit came in handy as I did my fantasy football draft and catching up on work matters. The internet worked well in the living areas and master bedroom but the signal was weak in the back two bedrooms but we didn’t find this a huge a inconvenience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool designer apartment that is nicely decorated with lots of character and slightly off the beaten path but close proximity to all the key sights. The check in and check out process was seamless and very well communicated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place during our visit.
