The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency has this charming 55 mÂČ duplex flat for rent in Chinaillon, with mountain views and a ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 20 mÂČ living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 mÂČ living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140Ă190), with access to the 7 mÂČ balcony
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140Ă190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- A 7 mÂČ balcony, accessible from the living room.
The flat is ideally located in Chinaillon (Grand-Bornand), in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Annecy, about 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Geneva, approx. 65 km away
