Sanders Family Reunion

This beautiful house had plenty of room, everyone had a bed. I loved the bunk room, it sleeps 9... There were plenty of board games and the kids loved the arcade.

We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The property had plenty of room for our large family with three generations including grandparents (70’s), children and spouses (40’s) and grandchildren (7 to 14 years). The kids loved the two pools and the slide at the outdoor pool. The bunk bed rooms were a big hit.The owner and property manager were very responsive when we discovered the stovetop was cracked upon our arrival on a Sunday. It was replaced the next day.Clean rooms, all necessities provided, and gaming system for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent home for large families!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was a perfect fit for our large family, giving everyone their own space. It was very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and in a great location. Communication with the owner was easy and we wanted for nothing! Thank you again for a great stay! 10/10 recommend!

Multi family stay

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for privacy and also room in the common areas to come together. The kids really enjoyed the games and gaming systems. They stayed up and played games together both nights we stayed. Our girls loved the bunk room upstairs. The younger kids also loved the close access to the outdoor pool.The property manager was great to communicate with. Even with ample checking, I still forgot something. They were great to accommodate me going back and picking my item up. Would love to come back and stay again.

This was a great place to stay with room for several families. The heated indoor pool was nice to have on rainy days. The outdoor pool is quite large as well. The location is nice as your only 15 minutes away from most of Branson.

Perfect for a group

This was the perfect location and accommodation for our group. The kids enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. There was enough room to spread out for everyone to have some space.

Awesome Location

The communication from the owner was excellent! The house was well equipped and had entertainment for all of us! We truly enjoyed every minute at the house! The location was right outside the noise and busy city. The main road has beautiful views!!! The house is decorated gorgeously and very modern! There is an indoor pool close by as well.

Plenty of room

The house was so nice -plenty of beds and bathrooms, and quiet. Previous tenants didn’t take out their trash but everything else was clean. We would stay again!

Girls Weekend

We stayed for our annual family girls trip. Property was as listed and had plenty of space for our group. Check in and check out was easy and there was accessible communication with property owners. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful Home - recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The home was clean and spacious , there was a fully stocked kitchen and lots of towels and linen. From Grandparents to grandchildren everyone had their own space and were able to spread out and enjoy. Would highly recommend.

Awesome property

We have had our family trip to Branson the last 5 years and have all rented condos. This year we decided to find a house that accommodated our entire family. This property didn’t disappoint in any way! We all had a room to ourselves and the kids bunked together too! The two family rooms were so nice, the kids had a game room while the adults watched tv upstairs. Great communication with property manager, Brenda, as she goes above and beyond and more. We will definitely be back. The Mick family ❤️

Amazing

A group (Church Greeting Team) from St. Louis visiting Branson to see "Queen Esther" at the Sight and Sound Theater. The house was Beautiful. So spacious. Plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the open layout and being able to come together to talk, laugh, eat and fellowship. The house was very clean. Love the look...very modern and simple. Wonderful stay

Very nice and clean house. Location was perfect for playing Paynes valley golf and Big Cedar lodge area. Host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. Overall great stay.

The Perfect Accommodations!

U52 was perfect for our family reunion of 18 people ranging in age from 10-73. There was plenty of room when we all wanted to be together, and lots of spaces when anyone or small groups wanted some more private time. From the initial reservation through checkout, the owner/hosts were extremely responsive and efficient. The home was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with all we needed. The on-site amenities were wonderful, and proximity to area attractions was excellent. The cost was reasonable as well. We could not have made a better choice for the HaVaLeGaWo Extravaganza 2024!

My Birthday Party!

I was able to host my birthday party here, and even with the cold conditions it was so wonderful to stay there. Very cozy, many accommodations, so much provided. We felt right at home. It was such a good location to host our mystery party. Absolutely lovely. Recommend 100%.

Happy New Year @ U52

Great time with our family of 18. Each adult couple had their own bedroom/bathroom, which they appreciated. Had 6 grandsons (ages 6-11)in one bunk room, &3 granddaughters (ages 6-11) in basement bunk room. They loved the arcade game. Wonderful to have 2 full size fridges for our use. Stayed 3 nights and ate every meal there! Large dining space! Kids had their own New Years Eve dance party in the living room, as we watched from the dining area/kitchen.Such a fun time! ❤️ Dining table is great for a game of spoons and chairs were super comfortable! Great time!

Church youth retreat

Very clean and roomy. Comfortable beds and pillows! The only complaint would be parking. The spots are not numbered and we had neighbors that took the ones in front of our place. Not a huge deal at all just a bit annoying. Lol. But overall the entire group had a blast and loved where we stayed!

We built our new vacation home in 2022 in the Branson Cove area. Our family makes use of it numerous times each year. We also have extended family and friends who use our property when in the Branson area. We enjoy offering our home to outside guests when possible also. Since we do our own hosting we like to think we an provide great service and value for our renters.

The Branson Canyon neighborhood is a new community in a great location for all that Branson has to offer. Whether you wish to spend time on the lake, golf, attend shows, shop, or make a day at Silver Dollar City we are centrally located to all Branson attractions. The house sits walking distance from Table Rock Lake and has the State Park Marina right next door.

If you prefer staying close to home during your stay the house has a large, well stocked kitchen area and grilling on the deck. 2 pools(one indoor), kids play areas, pickleball, ping pong, darts, cornhole and many other outdoor activities on site. If staying in the Playstation 5, Nintendo Switch and old school video arcade provide hours of entertainment.
