The Cochet residence is located in the Grangeraies district in the village resort of Saint Martin de Belleville. It is about 20 metres from the slopes where you will find the "Saint Martin 1" cable car which takes you to the heart of the ski area of the 3 Vallées.You are close to many amenities: shops (food, sports shops, restaurants...), services (ski school, daycare...) while being a few minutes walk from the centre of the village of St Martin.
