It is about 20 metres from the slopes where you will find the "Saint Martin 1" cable car which takes you to the heart of the ski area of the 3 Vallées.You are close to many amenities: shops (food, sports shops, restaurants...), services (ski school, daycare...) while being a few minutes walk from the centre of the village of St Martin.
