In the heart of Seignosse Penon, this functional apartment for 4 people is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. It features an entrance hall leading to a bathroom with toilet, a living room opening onto a balcony, and a fitted kitchen area. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a 140cm bed and an alcove with two 90cm bunk beds.

Free parking is available next to the building.
A classic filter coffee maker and a Tassimo coffee machine are available.

Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's also what a real vacation is, and it's much faster to get to the market. The cycle path called La Vélodyssée crosses the entire neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters.
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes with 2800 mÂČ of pools.
The Blue green Seignosse: that's its name. It is ranked in the top 10 golf courses in France.
