We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was perfect! Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Les was a fantastic host with great communication! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean house, Quiet Neighborhood

The house was immaculately clean and the neighborhood was quiet, even though it was quite close to a major thoroughfare. Location was convenient for the places we wanted to go. We were able to use the heater to make the pool accessible every day during our stay, despite the cool nights and breezy afternoons.The house was as pictured, though we did find the location of the workout "room" odd - adjoining the kitchen, and the pool was quite small, though we found it workable.Given the price per night, we would have expected attention to small details such as written information about heating the pool, trash, check out instructions, how to use the TV, etc. though Les was responsive to texts. We would have also expected amenities such as tissues in bedrooms and bathrooms, body wash, shampoo and lotions in all bathrooms, sufficient bowls, cutlery, mugs and drinking glasses in the kitchen.

Wonderful Home and Host

My husband and I arrived for a five day stay. We wanted to hang out by the pool and visit with friends. The home was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, newly updated and had a huge tv (my husband loved this!). The pool was clean and private and the yard had a nice covered area for respite from the sun. We like the pool a little warmer and requested that the temperature be raised. The host immediately responded and sent us a video on how to raise the pool temperature. I can not say enough nice things about the host! On a final note, the home was stocked with items to make our stay more pleasant including coffee and filters, extra garbage bags, etc. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing property and host

Property is very nice and well appointed, very clean and Les was great to work with and very responsive to any questions I had. Neighborhood is very quiet. I would recommend for anyone looking for this size and location.

Lovely quiet stay!

We enjoyed two amazing weeks at this spacious and elegant property. The outside pool area and covered patio added special charm and ambiance. Les was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely love to return next year.

great Florida getaway

We had a great time at this property. Its in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but within a short distance of anything you might want in terms of stores or restaurants. Like many Florida homes, it was divided into two "wings" On one side was a large master bedroom and bath. The other contained to bedrooms and another bath. We had a number of guests and the arrangement provided a lot of privacy. The highlight of the property was the fenced in pool area out back. The pool itself was clean, heated, and quite nice. A paved patio ran the entire remaining width of the yard. It was well shaded, and had lights which made the area usable in the evening. Les couldn't have been easier to deal with. We didn't have any particular problems, but he made it clear he was available if we did need to contact him. All in all, a great rental, especially in light of the fact that the beaches in the area aren't back to their former condition. It was a lot easier just to walk out the sliding door to get some sun in the back yard.

Really fantastic

This home is very well appointed and comfortable. I was in town for business so did not take advantage of the many amenities but would definitely do this again with my family. You should too!! And for business travel, this is a very convenient location for all parts Naples to Estero.

This house was perfect for our long Halloween weekend. The indoor layout , beautiful backyard patio and pool, and quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores/ restaurants/ golf courses all made for a great stay.

We had a wonderful week in Naples. The home was perfect for our needs. When we weren’t at the beach, we enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and the pool. Les, the owner, was very helpful in getting us acclimated. I highly recommend!
