This magnificent, comfortable and sunny villa for 8 people will offer you a peaceful stay, far from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, with its beautiful swimming pool and air conditioning.
You will be close to Perpignan and its many monuments, restaurants as well as numerous beaches (the closest is 8 km from the house).
You will find many shops and hypermarkets a few minutes away.
Do you want to spend a day in the mountains or in Spain? Everything is possible, because this villa is less than an hour away.
With family or friends, your stay will be a success!
Accommodation:
Villa with a surface area of 160 m2 on 2 levels: a ground floor and a 1st floor.
Fully air-conditioned.
Private garden of 300 m2 as well as a private unheated swimming pool, equipped with a standardized security device.
The accommodation has internet access.
The accommodation is rented with all the obligatory equipment of a furnished apartment. The list of equipment will be provided to you.
It is equipped with a smoke detector in accordance with current regulations.
