- a fully equipped kitchen;

- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate its calm and brightness.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Coffee Machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
It is worth noting that pets are accepted in this beautiful accommodation.
For your daily errands, a supermarket "U Express" is just 5 minutes walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- Parc Longchamp and its palace 19 minutes walk;
- Vieux-Port 21 minutes by metro;
- the Citadelle de Marseille (Fort Saint-Nicolas) 14 minutes by car;
- Plage des Catalans 17 minutes away, and many more.

This cultural place is especially known for its amazing Longchamp Park, and the Natural History Museum. It is a peaceful and quiet district, with an older and more familial population than in the center of Marseille, gathering many green places to visit with your family. The 4th is also an artistic area, with different theaters. Thanks to the easy access with the public transportation, it is great to wander in the four neighbourhoods of this district.

Line M1: Chartreux: 12 minutes walk.
- Bus:
Line 81: Guigou: 2 minutes walk;
Lines 42 and 42T: St Just Achard: 7 minutes.
- From the Marseille-St-Charles station: 16 minutes by metro.
