PERFECT location to enjoy your favorite 30A spots, at a distance from the crowds. This luxury 2-story 3-bedroom condo is ideally located between Seaside and the Hub, near dining and retail, but in a quiet location by Eastern Lake. It's an easy bike ride (or rent a golf cart) to either of two public beach access points. This is one of only 6 units located above legendary Buddy's Seafood. Take the elevator down for freshly steamed catch of the day and a beverage, then enjoy it on your large, private patio with views of the Gulf and Eastern Lake. condo boasts approximately 1600sf of luxurious living space. Travertine floors, Viking appliances, granite counters, 10 foot ceilings and 2 decks allow you plenty of room to spread out in comfort. This home features 2 king beds, 2 queen bunk beds and 2 full baths on the first floor. Two bedrooms open to a covered patio. Upstairs features a spacious deck with views of the Gulf of Mexico and Eastern Lake, a chef's kitchen, living area, bar stools, dining table for 6 and a half bath.

The condo is a 2 minute walk to the boat dock on Eastern Lake and a quick bike ride to one of two beach locations. Next door is Yellowfin Outfitters, where you can rent bikes & kayaks or equip yourself to fish on the bay, by kayak. Book a private guided fishing tour to get started. You can kayak to the beach, as well!

The home is conveniently located 200 yards to Eastern Lake, .08 miles to public beach access, 1.7 miles to the Hub, 2.3 miles to Watercolor, 2.9 miles to Seaside, 3.8 miles to Grayton Beach, 4.2 miles to Alys and 5 miles to Rosemary. You can literally bike to everything. There is plenty of parking and an elevator, so bring the whole family!

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The owner was very responsive, the location was great, and the property had plenty of space with nice porches.

Great Place and Great Location

It was clean and I really appreciated that. It was a fantastic condo and we had a great time. It was our first time to the Sea Grove area and we will be back.

Great place

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was so kind and helpful. The condo was modern, clean and stocked with what we needed. The only issue (which has nothing to do with the owner) was the parking. I suggest providing hanging tags upon arrival. Some man from the adjoining restaurant was directing his customers to park in the condo parking. This made parking impossible until asking someone trying to park to move if they were not staying at the condos. The parking was marked for condo guests only but customers from the adjoining business still parked there. That does not affect my rating as I would stay here again. In fact, I’m already planning my next stay.

Nice place. A bit far from the beach

The unit was set up great. The kitchen lacks a lot of items and appliances if you plan to cook a big meal for your stay or bake. The oven/range needs a serious clean up and tune up. Also there isn’t a grill at the property. The beach is a solid mile walk and it doesn’t come with bikes (you can rent right there) There were no instructions on how to get to the beach nor how to check out or anything for that matter. None were sent over either. Lovation was nice along the 30A with some good amenities in the area.
