Detached studio - 10 minute walk to Kendalls Beach

Comfortable detached studio. Clean, modern and light. Air con, ceiling fan and plunge pool make this a beautiful summer getaway not to mention an easy 10 minute walk through the shady Bonaira Gardens to Kendall’s Beach.

The studio is adjacent to our family home. With this in mind your comfort and privacy is our priority. You’ll have basic catering options in your space including tea and coffee making, microwave, toaster and bar fridge, however our barbecue and al fresco dining area can be made available by arrangement. Mind you, Kiama has no shortage of cafes with our nearest just a 5 minute flat walk from home.

Kiama has been home to us for decades - many of them!! So we’ll be delighted to share local knowledge and offer recommendations should require them.

Very nice granny flat

Beautiful experience, beautiful hosts

From the moment we pulled up in the driveway to the moment we left, the hosts we more than accommodating, assisting us with our bags, showing us the property, the extra inclusions such as biscuits, fruit, milk, ground coffee to name a few were such a lovely surprise. Lovely stay

Our hosts, Ingrid and Wayne, were both friendly and very hospitable - the extra touches which included fruit, nibbles and home baked goodies made us feel very welcome. We loved the walk through the nearby rainforest gardens to the beach. Super clean studio, generous hosts and places to explore, made for a lovely stay.

Most enjoyable stay

Ingrid and Wayne were excellent hosts. The studio was very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Home-made cakes, a cheese plate, fresh milk, juice, fruit and treats were unexpected extras.

Clean, modern accommodation

Ingrid and Wayne were very kind caring hosts and made us feel very much at home. The accommodation is a lovely granny flat surrounded by lots of plants in a well kept garden not far from the main town. There is also access to a heated pool. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here.

Modern Beach Studio

Was the perfect place to escape to. Our hosts Ingrid and Wayne’s hospitality was second to none, it felt like how family would welcome you home. We highly recommend this gorgeous location, the gardens are so beautiful and the accommodation is meticulously designed and decorated giving an instant feeling of calm and relaxation. Everything about this property was great. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly and provided an excellent getaway experience and lovely touches including a fruit bowl and nibblies. This was a great little studio in quiet street but walking distance to attractions (Kiama Blowhole and Little Blowhole. The apartment was clean and well set up with everything that you need for a short stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and were able to provide information about the area.
