La Centrale de l'Ile de RĂ© offers you this charming house, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in a quiet area in La Couarde sur Mer and close to the Prises beach.
The house is comfortable and has a large living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.
SINGLE-STOREY HOUSE:
Spacious, bright living area with a lounge and open kitchen.
Bedroom 1: 2 joined 90x200 beds.
Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds of 90x200.
A shower room and a toilet.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de RĂ©! The Ile de RĂ© offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small 30-kilometre-long island. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will give you a welcome guide with tips and our advice to discover the Ile de RĂ© in the best conditions!
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.
INCLUDED SERVICES:
The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is not included.
